********* Saturday, June 29 Day Long Retreat Deepening Your Practice led by Matthew Brensilver, Ph.D.
This daylong retreat will feature alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, and instruction in mindfulness practice, and one Dharma talk by Matthew. The format of the day will be different than our usual model. Rather than several dharma teachings on a particular theme, the focus is on individual sustained practice in the comfort of silence. The day will be one of individual practice guided by peer-led meditations. You will be on your own for a day of sitting and walking meditations. This will be rare opportunity to be in community with others and to open up to the possibility of insight. For more information and to download flyer click here
